About Kayla

Kayla’s true passion lies in making every one of her clients feel a sense of achievement, happiness and more confidence after every one of her sessions. She takes pride and responsibility in her work and lives and breathes Pilates and fitness daily as she knows the benefits inside out!

Training all fitness levels, ages and body types is Kayla’s forte, she can release aches and pains, help with weight loss, strengthen & toning, and is amazing when it comes to improving flexibility. She also specializes in pre & post-natal, rehabilitation and over all wellbeing making sure every one of her clients bodies and minds are physically healthy and the goals set together are achieved.

With over 12 years of experience in the International Fitness Industry and 18 years coaching in the world of dance Kayla is not only one of the best in the industry but with her kind heart and humbleness she is truly one of a kind.
