About Alice

Alice has been working in the fitness industry for over 2 years. In that time he has had the pleasure of working with all different types of people: children, teenagers, college students and professional athletes. Alice has a deep knowledge of power lifting, Olympic lifting and sports performance and has extensive experience in weight loss/management, muscular development and sports performance training. She enjoys seeing people succeed and realize goals that they never thought were achievable through hard work and determination. Her clients work hard, and with that, see great results.

She has undergone specialization training from:
– Ian King Rehab

She has also groomed SEA games athletes. Versatile in teaching both groups as well as private one-on-one personal training sessions, Alice has led a wide spectrum of people to achieve their health and fitness goals
