About Angel Aw

Angel has more than 10 years experience working with individuals from all backgrounds and for various objectives; from fat loss, to pre/post natal training, to working with individuals with medical conditions and injuries (complementing with current medical treatments). Such diverse exposure has led her study and research to centre around holistic health, and her approach to her clients’ goals are put in perspective to their health and related concerns in order to address any root issues that may be in conflict with achieving or sustaining results.

As a mother of 2 in her mid-thirties, her current interest is in helping women with concerns she is very familiar with: weight gain, changes in body shape, hormonal changes, childbirth, and other health concerns that could be managed or improved/prevented with adjustments in the lifestyle, through changing nutritional habits and yoga, and/ or exercise. She often works with women with limited free time, to explore how they could make changes in their own way, in order to fit in a better heatlh and body image.
