About Dorcas

Exercise as a way of life, and a way to exercise diversity.

A sports fanatic since young, Dorcas is a lover of all athletic pursuits – from netball
canoeing, tennis to swimming, running to ballet. Having been exposed to
competitive training from a young age, she has personally experienced the
advantages of a balanced and personalised programme, which is both fun and yet
yields results.

Not just another fitness instructor, Dorcas seeks to understand your anatomy and
personality traits before curating an individualised experience of fitness and
well-being. She teaches, rather than instruct. Be it realising an athletic dream, a
fitness goal or just keeping one’s heart pumping amidst a busy lifestyle, she believe
there is something for everyone.

She finds no greater joy than to share her passion and knowledge with individuals
who are open to learn and improve their health. A firm believer of productive
movement, Dorcas will motivate you to participate in exhilarating and invigorating
sessions that maximise progress and precision, while minimising muscle
inefficiencies and injuries. Come and unlearn the stereotypes you had about
exercise, push the limits of your flexibility and stamina in a challenging but safe

Other than helping you realize your fitness goals, Dorcas is an amiable and
approachable personality who is still working to perfect her pirouettes in her ballet
class. She also loves finding and exercising to great music, which she is of course
most willing to share. :)
