About Jaybee

Jay bee started his career in the sports industry as a sports therapist in a sports injury clinic, which has treated clients ranging from desk bound adults to national athletes. By incorporating his knowledge in human anatomy and kinesiology into clients’ exercise prescription, Jaybee has carved a niche in the Personal Training industry. To him, while the goals of different clients may be the same, there is no cookie-cutter approach. Every clients require different approach biologically because everyone compensate differently to different movement. As such, it is very rare to hear of any complaints of injury from his clients. Jaybee usually intervene the onset of injury based on accurate exercise prescription and inflammation management.

While having a competitive advantage in knowledge of sports physiology and anatomy, Jaybee has been actively expanding his knowledge through overseas classes and online webinars from many world’s renowned coaches, doctors and physiotherapist.

Jaybee is currently a competitive Olympic weightlifter. Weighing at 70kg, he is capable of putting 92kg overhead and he is not settling for that.
