About Mary

Workouts that feel less like hard work! Mary makes every session fun, upbeat and varied by focusing on functional movement, bodyweight calisthenics, flexibility and core strength as well as incorporating her background in dance to produce a truly engaging workout.

Employing a unique combination of her NCSF qualification and an accreditation in Jazz dance and hip-hop means Mary’s sessions are not mundane, closed room gym workouts but rather interactive movements to ensure all clients leave feeling energised.

Backed up by a comprehensive understanding of how to combine your exercise with quality, balanced, real world nutrition, Mary will help you burn fat and build muscle in an open, fun and all-inclusive way.

Mary’s passion is to achieve real fitness by creating a balanced lifestyle for her clients. There is no better feeling than looking back and knowing what you have achieved. She enjoys seeing people apply their positivity and confidence to succeed in all aspects of life.
