About Nicholas Leong

With beliefs in constant improvement to stay in the game, Nicholas is always busy with upgrading his knowledge and also practicing what he teaches his client every single day. He believes in sincerity towards everybody and is generally friendly and welcoming.

Nicholas used to be a chef and since changed over to fitness training after successfully losing a total of 35kgs in a year, from 97kgs to 62kgs. He has since trained up his physique to his current state, of being 76kgs. He believes that there is no short cut, and it is the determination of an individual to be successful in everything they do. When it comes to fitness, it is never too late to start. You only give up if you never even began.

When training with Nicholas, you will be able to feel his sincerity towards you, and his beliefs in you succeeding will rub off you, making you determined to achieve your fitness goals. Through his years in the fitness industry, he has helped his clients achieve their fitness goals, with repeated success stories.
