About Simon Peter Etheredge

A New Zealander, Simon has been a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and rugby coach in Singapore for the past 5 years. Before this he was playing professional rugby in New Zealand and England. He currently plays rugby for the Singapore National Rugby team and the Singapore Cricket Club Rugby team. Simon has trained pregnant and post natal women, clients seeking weight loss, toning, hypertrophy and power, He has rehabilitated clients recovering from injuries, trained clients for specific sports and sporting events, such as Rugby, Netball, white collar boxing, a client joining the British Army reservist elite Paratroop Regiment, the Gobi desert ultra marathon, half Marathons and Mixed Martial Arts. Simon incorporates Olympic lifts, kettle bells, eccentric movements, plyometrics, body weight and high intensity interval training into his programmes.
